Roger Williams U.S. Representative - Texas District 25.

The Washington Post summed it up best when it said President Obama’s foreign policy is based more on how he thinks the world should work rather than reality. With self-imposed ‘red lines’, empty threats to foreign dictators in Syria, Russia and Venezuela, and a fantasy-based worldview, it’s no wonder our allies hardly trust us and our enemies do not fear us. Russian President Vladimir Putin has long disdained the United States and the West in general. His foreign policy stems from Russia’s imperatives of being a nuclear and global superpower.
