After the final votes were counted following the 2014 Primary Elections held last Tuesday, some things changed and some remained the same in Bosque County. But one thing proved certain, the county voters spoke and did so in large numbers. While political pundits around the country predicted low voter turnout for the primaries in this non-presidential election year, nothing could have been further from the truth in Bosque County. And certainly, Republicans hotly contesting five county seats and one state seat attracted the interest of voters around the area, while all of the area Democrats found themselves running unopposed in the primaries.
