Due diligence is a process of acquiring objective and reliable information, a systematic research effort, used to gather critical facts and descriptive information which are most relevant to the making of an informed decision on a matter of importance. In the case regarding a new office building for Bosque County Justice of the Peace Precinct 2, Jamie Zander, the Bosque County Commissioners Court are showing an unrivalled level of prudence and are looking at every possible angle before spending any tax payers’ money. But this process has delayed a definite decision for over six months.
