Easter celebrated with church activities, egg hunts

Many traditions and rituals surround Easter- because of religious beliefs, its date in the spring connecting it to celebrations of rebirth and new life.

In Bosque County, Easter Egg hunts, sunrise and other church services, Easter lunch with grandma, all dressed in new clothes and shows, with bows and ties to match were part of the holiday’s celebrations. Or just a great day fishing in shorts and a t-shirt.
