Halloween must go on! And so it did despite the threat of heavy rain in Clifton Tuesday evening, October 31. For the first time in its 22-year history, the Clifton Main Street Program held its annual Trick or Treat with Main Street at the Clifton Armory. The final decision to move the event from historic downtown Clifton to the former National Guard site came as afternoon showers increased the possibility of traffic collisions

Weather forecasts over the weekend had given a high probability of storms starting the night before and continuing through All Hallow’s Eve. As it turned out, attendance at the Armory was still huge – even with cold conditions and periodic showers during the evening.
