Bosque County Spay Neuter (BCSN) works hard to solve the problem of homeless animals in Bosque County, and to help families care for their beloved pets. Five days a week BCSN transports dogs and cats to the Animal Birth Control (ABC) clinic in Waco to spay and neuter pets, relieving financially burdened families of the worry of unwanted litters of puppies and kittens.
