Join Mayor Spitzer along with the City of Clifton in celebration of Helen Hubler’s birthday on Sunday, June 28.

Helen is holding the proclamation issued by the mayor. She has been a citizen of this community for 27 years including owning and managing the former River’s Bend Bed and Breakfast, currently owning the Doggie Drop In and being an active part of a variety of boards and institutions. She is loved and respected by those who know her. Happy, happy birthday Helen
