Enrollment for Kids College, a summer enrichment camp for students entering the first through eighth grades, is open. Camps will be held on both the Hill County and Johnson County campuses. Johnson County Campus will hold camp June 5 - 8; the Hill County Campus will hold camp June 26 - 29.

Bosque Valley Antique Tractor Club The Bosque Valley Antique Tractor Club will host an antique tractor pull in Clifton City Park on Saturday, June 3, starting at 10 a.m. Folks with not only antique tractors but farm stock, hot rods, and pickup trucks are invited to test their machines’ power during the day-long event.

Michele Cook is pursuing her calling in life –spreading God’s love through her home décor store in historic downtown Clifton. The shop called “Maize Grace” received a ribboncutting from the Clifton Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, April 20.

A group of disabled combat veterans from 2nd Battalion 4th Marines will gather over Memorial Day weekend in Bosque County. The annual reunion will be a time of healing among the participants that includes the honoring of their fellow Marines who perished during and after their deployment in Iraq.
