At the Bosque Museum, guests can learn yearround about people who traveled to Bosque County and settled here from before recorded history to modern times.

Open auditions for the Tin Building Theatre’s spring production of “A Night in Provence” by Robin Hawdon, will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday, February 20, at 7 p.m. at the Bosque Arts Center located at 215 College Hill Drive in Clifton.

The Heart of Texas Council of Governments’ award-winning Regional 9-1-1 Program has been a game changer for the Heart of Texas region throughout the years. Callers who are in danger and unable to make a voice call to 9-1-1 have the option to contact emergency services via a text message.

Conversations about caregiving: HHSC

Most of us will act as an informal caregiver at some point in our lives by helping a loved one with a health condition, a disability or a functional limitation with daily tasks. Daily tasks could include grocery shopping, preparing meals, providing transportation, locating supportive services or offering social support. Other more medically complex activities could include helping manage medications or caring for a wound.

Music makers

The annual membership meeting of the Bosque Civic Music Association was held on Thursday evening, January 25, in the atrium of the Bosque Arts Center. A crowd of all ages was in attendance and enjoyed a wonderful program of entertainment featuring several young musicians.

Scouts BSA Troop 376G recaps 2023

BSA Troop 376G, a troop for girls ages 11-17, had a great first year! The troop was chartered on April 29, 2023, and hit the ground running. The mission of BSA is: “To prepare young people to make ethical moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.” There are several methods by which Scouts BSA works to accomplish this mission.
