Local property owner Dan Markman asked the council members to make code enforcement a priority by funding a part-time city employee to stay on top of the work.

Task force taps breaks on splash pad project

A special task force called by Meridian’s mayor decided to tap the breaks on a proposed splash pad project during its meeting at the Senior Center on Monday, June 26. The project is currently on hold as the group members gather more information on adapting the aquatic play area concept to the city’s water and sewer systems.
