Bosque County 4-H continues to make the best better

The adage says, “it takes a village to raise a child,” and that phrase remains pertinent to this day. Every year, the Bosque County 4-H Youth Development Program works with hundreds of youths to learn, to grow, and to offer new experiences through a wide variety of activities and events. From showing livestock, to finance classes, from judging wool, to learning how to cook and sew, 4-H provides ample opportunities from which kids can learn and experience. Through the attitude of learning by doing, the program aims to help kids develop selfconfidence, leadership skills and knowledge that will help them move on to becoming successful, independent adults while still having fun on the way.
