Browning appointed to county treasurer

Acting on the decision made by jury to remove the county treasurer from office, commissioners appointed Pam Browning to fill the remainder of the term ending this year. Bosque County Judge Cindy Vanlandingham said Browning was the only applicant for the appointment and moved that the court appoint her to county treasurer.
