R.O. Bass, Jr., of Clifton, was the recipient of a special honor at his home on Monday, August 21, as his wife of 70 years, Pat, watched intently from a chair nearby. R.O. was presented the Quilt of Valor by Debbie Stubbs for service to his country 70 years ago the Korean War.
