Keith Anthony Swertfager

Keith Anthony Swertfager, age 68, of Meridian, passed away on September 14, 2021, in Waco. 

He was born September 18, 1952, to Edward Swertfager and Shirliann Pentzer in Bakersfield, California.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents.

He served his country during the Vietnam era from 1971-1974 in the USAF.

Keith retired at the age of 59 after working 38 years in the welding and industrial supply business.

He also enjoyed fishing, camping, target shooting, sitting down to enjoy a good war movie and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Keith is survived by his wife, Sheryl Swertfager of 51 years and his two children, son, Anthony Swertfager and wife, Laurie of Meridian and daughter, Jamie Wehner and husband Jonathon of Clovis, California; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jack, Bill and Tom; six sisters, Jean, Anne, Julie, Katie, Lea and B.G. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
