The Cubs fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 6-0 loss to West on Wednesday April 13.
West took the lead on a single in the first inning which was the beginning of a shut-out game. The Cubs struggled to contain West’s offense and gave up six runs.
A single by Matthew Bronstad in the sixth inning was a positive for the Cubs but not enough to get a rally going.
