Retired astronomer Larry Smith gave a preview of the celestial event at a recent Bosque County Rotary Club meeting at the Clifton Civic Center. Smith said that over a million people are estimated to visit Central Texas for the once-in-alifetime event next spring.

CTYF opens registration for shows in late 2023

The Central Texas Youth Fair Association has opened registration for its fall shows at the Central Texas Fair Grounds in Clifton. The fair’s ‘Showdown the Bosque’ is scheduled for Saturday, November 25.
